University Honors Scholars ENGAGE their college education through courses that expect more critical reading and writing, thoughtful discussion, and interdisciplinary analysis.  A scholarly research project that leads to a senior thesis connects Honors Scholars with faculty members on many levels of learning.

First-year University Honors Scholars SERVE through volunteer projects which benefit the campus, community, and region.  The values of service are reinforced as University Honors Scholars LEAD in other service experiences throughout their college education.
